We are a centrally located Judo Club, promoting fitness, health and discipline through the Olympic sport of JUDO.
Mark Berger, the 1984 Olympic Bronze Medalist, and Aaron Pfeffer former National team member and 2006 Senior National Champion, are your Head instructors.
About Judo
Meaning "Gentle Way", Judo is a grappling Martial Art, and has been an Olympic sport since 1964. Created in Japan by Jigoro Kano in 1882, Judo now has over 20,000,000 individuals practicing today, making it the 2nd most popular sport worldwide behind soccer!
